Support & help

Quick question, quick answer

If something’s off or you have an idea, just get in touch — we’re listening.

A station won’t load or keeps dropping

The station list comes from an open directory. Individual stations are sometimes offline. Try another one or check back later.

Downloading a podcast episode

Open the podcast, tap the download icon on an episode. You’ll find it under “Downloads” to listen offline.

Do my favorites sync?

Yes — your favorites sync across your devices via your personal iCloud (you can turn it off in Settings). Nothing is sent to us; downloads stay local on the device.

Switching between light and dark

In Settings under “Appearance” you can pick light, dark, or automatic to match your device.

How do I use Apple Music?

Turn on Apple Music in Settings — your playlists appear, and you can search audio dramas and play them chapter by chapter. It runs on your own Apple Music subscription; we don’t see any of it.
