In short: netRadio needs no account, collects no personal data, uses no advertising or analytics services, and does not track your behavior.

Data on your device

Downloaded episodes and your settings are stored only locally on your device and are not sent to us.

Your favorites are additionally synced across your devices via your personal iCloud account (Apple) when iCloud is enabled. This data resides in your private iCloud and is not sent to us; Apple’s privacy terms apply. You can turn the sync off at any time in the app settings (under “iCloud”) or in your device’s iCloud settings; when you turn it off, the favorites are removed from iCloud.

Connections to third parties

For the app to work, third-party servers are contacted when you search for, play or download content. As with any internet request, technically necessary connection data such as your IP address is transmitted to the respective provider. We have no influence over this and do not store such data. No analytics, no ads

netRadio includes no tracking, analytics or advertising SDKs. No usage profiles are created and no advertising identifiers are used.

CarPlay, iPad & Mac

On CarPlay as well as on iPad and Mac, the features serve playback and control only. No additional data is collected.

Children

The app is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect data from children.

If the app’s functionality changes, we will update this policy. The date above shows the current version.
